Technology's negative impact on relationships is evident in several ways. It can foster disconnection from real-life interactions, leading to emotional isolation. Excessive use of gadgets narrows social circles, and lack of non-verbal cues in digital communication causes misunderstandings. Social media oversharing reduces privacy, leading to conflicts. Time spent on devices can undermine relationships, and multitasking weakens focus. Ultimately, technology, while beneficial, risks creating virtual distance, especially among couples, students, and colleagues, if not balanced with real human contact.

I also help the child break away from gadgets and take a walk or go to class.
