It’s a tough question, but for me, it’s brushing my teeth. I have super sensitive enamel, so brushing is always a painful experience, even though I see the dentist regularly and use special products to strengthen my enamel. But I can’t skip brushing because, you know, hygiene, and I hate having bad breath.

Have you ever tried a water flosser? It might not replace brushing, but it could make your dental routine a bit more pleasant. My dentist recommended one when I had braces. While writing this, I was trying to think of habits I can’t stand but have to keep doing, but nothing specific came to mind.
