M.Com in Finance & Taxation (MCOMFT)

The Master of Commerce in Finance and Taxation was made with the help of The Board of Studies, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, just for students in the final stage of Chartered Accountancy. The main goal of this programme is to give students more skills and knowledge in the fields of accounting, finance, and taxes. ICAI's Chartered Accountancy Final Course and this M.Com in Finance and Taxation programme can both be taken at the same time. This M.Com (F&T) programme is made up of 13 courses, 5 of which are offered by IGNOU and the other 8 by the Chartered Accountancy Final Course. Once a student passes all 8 courses in the Chartered Accountancy Final Course, those 8 courses count toward this program's credit transfer. This scheme makes it possible for students to get two degrees at the same time. When a student passes the final exam for Chartered Accountancy, he or she becomes a member of Chartered Accountancy and can also get this M.Com degree by taking only 5 more courses from IGNOU.
